I’ve done some of my best work when not exactly tarp as a shack. Perfectionism and high minded ideals have their uses, at some points in the process, but at other points they’re not as useful as they are pretty.

Groovinando to the mondo job of learning a new language involves a lot of use-it-or-lose-it practice, and, let’s face it, there are few things as frustrating, funny and potentially productive as scholastic alpha dogs practicing sub beta conversation skills on each other.
